These printers are the fastest in their class, maximizing productivity at speeds up to 680 cps. It has incredible reliability with 52 million characters Mean Mean Between Failure (MVBF) and 20,000 POH Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF). In addition, long-lasting strips can print up to 7.5 million (FX-890) or 12 million (FX-2190) characters, and print head life can reach 400 million characters.
The ability to take up to 1 original + and 5 copies (1 + 6 copies with push tractor), and the use of paper from the front, top, back and bottom of the printer provide flexibility. The push tractor can be replaced by a pull tray, or it can be combined with the optional pull tray to provide the smoothest paper supply. Two optional cut-sheet feeders can be used to store different forms. In addition, with a second push / pull tractor option, up to 4 different forms can be used at the same time (2 continuous, 2 single pages). The optional Front Paper Guide can be used to attach small pages from the front, and the optional Front Page Guide is for attaching A4 pages
